Dal 1 di ottobre vengono interrotti i contratti per i controlli obbligatori sull'acqua della vasca. Da tale data quindi non viene più garantita la balneabilità.

- Nel periodo di apertura, la piscina è balneabile dalle 10 alle 19 (come indicato all’ingresso della vasca nonché nel regolamento fornito in appartamento).
Si pregano i signori clienti di rispettare gli orari di apertura e chiusura, in coerenza con le disposizioni normative. Si invitano inoltre tutti al rispetto delle regole e del comportamento civile, per permettere a tutti i clienti di godere del servizio.

- Riscaldamento: come da legge nazionale, i riscaldamenti possono essere accesi dal 1° Novembre al 15 Aprile. - Colazione: la colazione a buffet è disponibile solo per gruppi minimo 15 adulti e sempre previa richiesta. Costo €15,00 a persona al giorno.

The apartment rate applies to a one-week stay, from Saturday to Saturday. For shorter stays, prices and availability are upon request.

Tourist tax: Paid on-site and not included in the rate.

From October 1, contracts are interrupted for mandatory water inspections. After this date, pool use is no longer guaranteed.

Pool Access Hours: During the open season, pool hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 (as indicated at the pool entrance and in the apartment guidelines). Guests are kindly requested to respect these opening and closing times in accordance with regulations and to observe proper behavior to allow everyone to enjoy the facility.
Heating: In accordance with national law, heating is permitted from November 1 to April 15. Outside of this period, heating must remain off. Link for further information.
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast is available for groups of at least 15 adults, upon request. Cost: €15.00 per person, per day

The respective municipalities are free to introduce a tourist tax (Tassa di soggiorno). This tax varies from municipality to municipality, as well as the amount and duration of the stay. We can not give any binding information. The amount is paid directly to the owner in cash.
