The holiday rentals are part of the agriturismo with 80 hectares of land. Wine, olives and cereals are grown here, which have been awarded the "bio" certificate. The 18th century buildings are located on a hill in the southern Maremma Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, fields and forests. The view over the nearby and wide hills is spectacular. The apartments were furnished very tastefully by architects, with wonderful details and every comfort. The original structures now harmonize with lifestyle elements and create an exclusive and warm environment in which you can feel comfortable.
The outside area is spacious and the view of the landscape is breathtaking in all directions. Fragrant plants and bushes provide natural shade, loungers and a jacuzzi bath for relaxing and sunbathing are at guests' disposal.
The pool area is adjacent to the villa and offers a wonderful view over the entire Maremma to the coast. Here you will find a spectacular infinity pool of 22 meters with salt water and heated, thanks to alternative energy. The pool bar area with grill, refrigerator, ice machine, tables and deck chairs is perfect for a barbecue evening with family or friends.
