The property is nestled in unspoiled nature, surrounded by meadows, fields, and forests, close to the crystal-clear Lake Lago dell’Accesa. The large grounds offer plenty of space for children to run, play, and explore.

The estate consists of two buildings that have been lovingly restored. They originally served as a school and canteen for the workers of the former ironworks. The large black stones used for their construction were mixed with iron residues and fired, giving the buildings their distinctive and extraordinary appearance.

The apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. A special highlight awaits just 300 meters away: a small stream with a waterfall, fed directly by the waters of Lago dell’Accesa. On hot summer days, this shady spot offers refreshing coolness and a peaceful retreat.

For breakfast, guests can order fresh bread rolls or Italian cornetti directly from Podere Cascatelle.
