The estate is a true agriturismo in the most authentic sense of the word. Covering more than 50 hectares, it is home not only to vineyards but also to around 4,500 olive trees, harvested by the family for three generations. The extra virgin olive oil produced here has won multiple prizes and awards. The property is located between Massa Marittima and Valpiana and offers stunning views all the way to the sea.
Built in the 19th century, the farmhouse once served as a meeting place for the local community. A majestic holm oak still stands in front of the house, under whose shade countless village festivals were celebrated across generations.
The house now features nine holiday apartments with a swimming pool. Electricity and hot water are partly generated through solar and photovoltaic systems, ensuring sustainable energy use.
There is no television in the apartments.

This detached house can also be rented together for 6 people. There is a connecting door in the house, which can then be opened.
