Nestled in the green hills of the Maremma region, between the renowned wine routes "Costa Etrusca" and "Montereggio di Massa Marittima," lies a beautifully restored farmhouse full of Tuscan charm. Located about one kilometre from the nearest road and neighbours, the property sits at the foot of the small hilltop village Frassine, home to the well-known pilgrimage church "Madonna del Frassine."
The estate features two traditional Tuscan farmhouses with a total of eight comfortable holiday apartments. It’s the perfect place to discover local traditions, enjoy outdoor activities or simply relax in nature.
Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool, a well-kept park, a football and volleyball field, and a children’s playground. The area is ideal for mountain biking – bicycles are available free of charge. Horseback riding excursions can be arranged through nearby equestrian centres.
The owners live on-site and are always available for their guests.
