L’agriturismo si trova nell’ex area mineraria di Ravi, che oggi fa parte del Parco delle Miniere di Gavorrano. Le diverse strutture che compongono il complesso agricolo erano originariamente edifici utilizzati per la lavorazione dei minerali. L’edificio principale, la Casa del Direttore, era la residenza del direttore della miniera. Casetta della Guardia, Casetta dello Spaccio e Casetta delle Mele erano invece edifici adibiti alla vendita di generi alimentari. Questi edifici sono stati ricostruiti e ristrutturati mantenendo i materiali originali dell’epoca.

La proprietà è stata completamente restaurata da zero, con particolare attenzione alla conservazione dei materiali tradizionali. Gli ulivi e i castagni vengono coltivati con metodi di agricoltura biologica.

L’azienda ospita anche alcuni animali tipici della Maremma: bovini di razza maremmana, alcune caprette e, molto amati dai bambini, due pony nani che girano liberamente nel giardino. L’azienda utilizza esclusivamente fonti di energia rinnovabile e copre il proprio fabbisogno energetico grazie a impianti fotovoltaici e solari.
