The villa, a former farmhouse, is a dreamlike complex with exquisite furnishings with great taste and attention to the detail. The elegant pool area is equipped with everything you need to pamper yourself. If desired, the pool (salt water) can be heated in the cooler months for an additional charge. The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen and on the gallery a living room with television. In the summer months, the pool house can replace the kitchen in the main house. You are living outdoors the hole day with all amenities. From the villa you can quickly reach the nearby town of Poggibonsi, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants. You can also visit the fortress "Medicea di Poggio Imperiale", the largest that "Lorenzo il Magnifico" has ever built. The villa also offers an excellent starting point to visit the famous places such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and the many other sights that you can visit in Tuscany.
Villa La Coccola is made up of two units: the pool house and the main farmhouse.
The pool house is an open space, where on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, wine cellar, kettle and toaster. In the mezzanine is a living room with satellite TV area. Guests can dine at the veranda of the pool house, right in front of the swimming pool, enjoying the atmosphere and beauty of the surrounding landscape.
On the ground floor of the main farmhouse there is a large open space lounge with living area (satellite TV), equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, hob with 5 burners, dishwasher and dining area. Beyond the living room there is a passage room with sofa bed for one person and a guest toilet. Also on the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and clothe dryer.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, each with a color that distinguishes it, all with ensuite bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a passage room where is a sofa bed for one person, and can be comfortably used as a triple room. The purple bedroom also has a king-size bed; in both cases the king-size bed can be separated and transformed into two single beds. The rooms have direct access to the outside from the rear, to the side of the swimming pool, which can be reached by climbing a short flight of steps. A fourth bedroom is located in the turret in front of the farmyard, has private access and is also equipped with air conditioning and bathroom with shower.
