The house is situated near a small village in a residential street and offers a fantastic panoramic view on the seaside, on Elba island and the whole coast. You can enjoy the panoramic view from the balcony, the living room and the kitchen. A small supermarket and a Bar are nearby and can be reached by foot. The seaside is just about 10 minutes by car. You can do walking, cycling and hiking directly from the house.  The quiet location is very relaxing. From here you can quickly reach several beautiful seaside resorts of Follonica, the famous harbour of Puntone, natural parks and many wineries.  Not distant you can find horse riding, tennis courts and the golf courses of "Pelagone" and "Punta Ala".
