In search of materials for his sculptures, the internationally renowned artist, Rolando Stefanacci, discovered in Monteverdi, a mountain village of Etruscan origin, this 18th-century villa, surrounded by a large park with tall trees. There are eight more houses on the extensive property. The villa itself has six rooms of different sizes. The houses and rooms are elegant and furnished with every comfort. In each of the houses and rooms one notices the personal signature of the artist: Travertine bathrooms or ceramic sculptures give the rooms an individual touch.A special highlight is the "Calidarium". A naturally heated swimming pool that can be used all year round. In addition, a large swimming pool, from which one has a magnificent view of the landscape of the Maremma. If you do not want to cook every day, you have the option of booking half-board or eating out in the restaurant from time to time. The cook prepares every day fresh local food typical of the country.

Villa Fontana:

The house is characteristic of the entire property, internally a beautiful stone and terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor where the second bedroom is located. The kitchen has a large and characteristic stove, where excellent dishes can be prepared. From the house overlooks the sculpture garden and the Calidarium. The artist's work frames the house and gives the place an immediate sense of mysticism, which helps to make the stay in this place something memorable.

Villa Il Boscaiolo:

The villa offers a beautiful view of the sculptures of the artist and the heated swimming pool. The house has a total of three bedrooms, a large living room, separate kitchen.

Villa Adamo e Eva:

In the upper part of the property is the most secluded farmhouse of the property. Inside, a characteristic wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the rooms are located.

Villa Casa del Casiere:

The house is located at the entrance of the property. Through the living room runs an old moat, which was covered on the floor with a glass. The artist took the opportunity here and exhibited some of his own works. In the large kitchen there is a large wood stove. The upper floor is reached by a stone and wrought iron staircase.

Le Dependance della Contessa:

Group of three terraced houses decorated with travertine, overlooking the large outdoor pool. From the terraces you can enjoy a view of the sea in the distance on clear days. The interiors are large and bright, the travertine spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located.
