The farmhouse is an antique, completely restored stone house, immersed in the green hills of the Etruscan coast. Around the house, a large park with age-old trees and a panoramic swimming pool; in this angle of nature one can breath peace and quietness. The sourrounding huge and well-kept park allow to find relaxation in complete silence, as this is sourrounded only by the green of the wood.

In the morning you will have a rich breakfast buffet in the dining room with homemade food. The barbecue in the garden and the oven are always available.

For the smallest guests there are toys, boccia field, dart and those who want, can use gratis the bike at disposal.

Eight rooms

• The comfortable rooms (25-30 smq) are equipped with mini-bar, shower/ WC as well as air-conditioning, some rooms with ceiling fans and central heating.
• In each room is a large double bed, depending the occupancy of the rooms there is another single bed or a two-person bed
• One room is equipped with a disabled bathroom

The rooms 7 and 8 have also a bidet, the rooms 2,5 and 6 have in addition to the air conditioning also ceiling fans.

Shared kitchen and breakfast room

The large and well equipped kitchen is at guests' disposal. Here are two stoves, two ovens, enough dishes and numerous kitchen appliances available. So you can stay at home and cook yourself.

Garden and swimming pool

The large, well-tended garden with swimming pool allows a pleasant rest in complete tranquility, far from the street noise in the woods of the Maremma. For the young guests there are numerous toys, a bowls field as well as darts. On request bicycles are also available for free use.
